What is a "Challenge"? A structured learning experience that has a:

  • Team: A small group, usually no more than 8, who commit to complete the challenge 

  • Time-frame: pre-established start and end points that all participants agree to uphold

  • Goal: something concrete you are working toward

  • Individual coaching: each person works 1-on-1 with an inspiring coach 

  • Exploration opportunities: ways to deepen such as classes, partners, readings, projects, trips  

  • Social activities: exchanging, networking, connecting with peers as a group

  • Journaling: regular reflection on the process and what's emerging
